The activity that LOAL LOGISTICS considers in accordance with the requirements according to the International Standards ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 is:

The declaration of Quality and Environment Policy includes as main lines:
1.- Satisfy the demands, requirements and expectations of our clients, supplying quality products and efficient solutions for Data Processing Centers, complying with the legal framework.
2.- Disseminate at all levels of our structure the objectives, goals and programs and criteria of Quality and Environmental Management.
3.- Implement the Quality and Environmental Management indicators, as well as monitor their level of progress, in a way that allows us to know and ensure the service and quality assurance required by our clients and guarantee a rational use of the natural resources.
4.- Design and manage processes that reduce the environmental impact of our activity and evaluate in advance the environmental impact of new activities or services.
5.- Minimize pollution and waste production to conserve resources.
6.- Sign the commitment for the protection of the environment, including the prevention of pollution, and the sustainable use of resources.
7.- Promote the rational use of natural resources and a clear awareness of favoring our environment, not only through our work, but also involving all our suppliers and customers.
8.- Develop continuous training programs aimed at better qualification of our workers, thus involving all staff in the achievement of all the objectives established in this document.
9.- Consolidate the process of continuous improvement in the performance of all the activities carried out at LOAL LOGISTICS.
10.- Encourage and achieve a stimulating and motivating environment for all members of the company.
11.- Comply with the applicable requirements, including legal ones, and satisfy the explicit and implicit demands, requirements and expectations of our clients, carrying out the evaluation and application of said requirements.
The Management of LOAL LOGISTICS makes this policy accessible and makes it available to all its employees, customers and suppliers and to the general public and interested parties. It is kept up to date through periodic reviews, coinciding with the reviews of the integrated system by the management, in order to take into account changes in environmental conditions and the information received. In this sense, it provides and will provide all the human, technical and economic means necessary to achieve the objectives and goals that are established on a scheduled and periodic basis.
